Thank You

Thank you to the wonderful community who made 320 North possible. We have a great team of tradesmen and women who make these jobs possible. A big thank you is also owed to the suppliers and city officials.

We’re excited to add high quality housing to the Superior area.

The grand opening on Tuesday was a hit and we can’t thank the attendees enough for coming and celebrating with us.

And, if you haven’t checked it out yet. The movie theater across the street is open and showing the Lion King!

Add a Little Green

With summer in full bloom outdoors, you may be yearning for some greenery indoors as well. Apartment living can be an ideal space for green indoor plants. Plenty of natural light and steady temperatures both go a long way in helping a plant thrive.

Two of our favorite plants are the easiest to grow indoors.

These plants prefer bright, indirect light. Watering isn’t too difficult – just make sure to have well draining soil and let the plant dry out a bit between watering.

Snake Plant

This plant boasts as being a great air purifying plant for beginners. It prefers medium light and can be water infrequently.

Wondering what plant is best for you? Here’s a little guide from Sill that give the top 10 tips for picking out plants for own space.

Our Favorite Wisconsin Spot

These warmer temps have of grateful it’s summer and conveniently forgetting winter even exists.

One of our staff members, Melissa, shares her favorite Wisconsin spot for the summer,

“Make sure to check out Wisconsin Point. Typically it’s not as busy as Minnesota’s Park Point, and it is much more relaxed in terms of rules. Bring along a blanket, some food for a picnic, and matches to start a fire. As the stars come out, you’ll be relaxed by the Lake Superior waves.”

We all love Wisconsin Point so much it’s a featured image on our homepage:
