It is located at 6712 Tower Avenue in South Superior, Wisconsin and is just minutes from beautiful downtown Superior, WI and Duluth, MN – not to mention the Nemadji River and majestic Lake Superior.

The Village Apartments of Superior offers apartment home styles featuring 1 and 2-bedroom units (there is only one 2-bedroom unit in the building). Each unit includes modern kitchens with energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, ample storage space, laminate wood flooring, and modern fixtures. Provided with each unit is basic cable and internet (free of charge), stackable washer and dryer, and private outdoor balcony or patio. The Village offers a fitness center and community room for our residents to enjoy.
