The Village Apartments of Superior is a 24-Unit, smoke-free apartment complex located at 6712 Tower Avenue in South Superior, Wisconsin and is just minutes from beautiful downtown Superior, WI and Duluth, MN – not to mention, the majestic Lake Superior.

The Village Apartments of Superior offers apartment home styles featuring 1 and 2-bedroom units. This 2-Bedroom unit includes modern kitchen with energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, ample storage space, laminate wood flooring, and modern fixtures. Provided with each unit is basic cable and internet capabilities (free of charge), a stackable washer and dryer, and a private outdoor balcony or patio. The Village offers a fitness center and community room for our residents to enjoy.

All landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance requests are handled by our property staff. Our properties are also pet friendly with a nonrefundable fee and monthly pet rent.
